Cancellation policy
I understand that life happens, and plans can change! However, to ensure fairness to all my clients, I ask that you please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will incur a £50 fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
